Our Mission

   The Mission of the Galli Family Farm, is to offer products that have been raised with an emphasis on flavor and satisfaction. Our birds are raised in small flocks, using green and sustainable farming practices. Using only NON GMO Organic feeds, as well as, provide fresh pasture, in a stress free, safe environment.   

We specialize in providing Poultry that are non GMO, Organically fed, hormone and antibiotic free. They are pasture raised and free rangin on our selectively seeded pastures.  We only raise a small flock, so that we can give each bird individual attention and care. The birds are provided a safe protected area to graze for stress free living, not worrying about natural predators. All these steps are to ensure that the birds are the most flavorful that they can be for your family's table. Our Thanksgiving Turkeys are a Heritage Breed, Artisan Gold Turkey. The Artisan Gold, has been selected as our go to, holiday offering because of its superior flavor and meat conformation. The birds are never  injected with saline solution like store bought birds. Our Farm also provides brown eggs from free ranging, organic fed, Chickens. We also provide organically fed and pasture raised meat chickens. All of these are raised in small flocks to ensure the proper care and handling.
